This course is a practical hand-on course designed to teach students Graphic Design and advanced Multimedia skills such as Typography, Layout and Design, Computer Graphics, Web Page Development, 2D and 3D Animation and Film Editing. Students studying this course are taught the full Certificate III in Arts (Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing), plus the multimedia units of the conventional Advanced Diploma of Arts. Having strong computer skills are a vital part of the Graphic Design and Multimedia industry, so Advanced Diploma students gain excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Indesign, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe 3D Studio Max and Adobe Premiere. By completion of the Advanced Diploma course students have the necessary skills to work in areas such as Desktop Publishing, Art and Design, Computer Finished Art, Web Page Development or 2D and 3D Animation.
This course is offered at the Brisbane, Surfers Paradise and Melbourne campuses.
